SELECT * FROM table the output are all hexadecimal

SELECT * FROM table the output are all hexadecimal

Hey Everyone I have a problem when i select from the table all the output
is hexadecimal.
DB Engine MyISAM collation: utf8_bin
How to solve this problem?
